Official check-in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 12:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
No amendment allowed 4 weeks or less before the departure date.
No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00 nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017.
